Happy New Year!
I sure hope this New Year will be better than the last one. I mean it just has to be, doesn't it? Last year pretty much sucked, even though it did get better in the end.
But watching your home go down a hole and losing your friends and family and everything... well, it's just got to get better after that.
So, my resolution is that this will be a better year than last. (That's one should be easy to keep!)
I also resolve to do better in school, to dance lots more with Brian (sigh, there just aren't any words for how wonderful it was!), to stop having so many damn headaches and to make sure Giles gets the credit he deserves by helping Randall.
I hope Randall finishes soon. A big prize would be a really good way for Giles to start out his New Year.
As it is, he's starting his new job soon and I think he's a bit nervous.
Of course, so is Willow. Maybe not so much nervous as excited. She's studying course catalogs and picking classes and can't wait to go back to school.
I guess once a nerd always a nerd. I just wish I didn't have to go back.
High School sucks.
On the other hand, Buffy's all distracted lately. Don't know what she's thinking.
But she ungrounded me and let me go to the dance, so I'm not going to worry about it too much.
I guess she just has a lot on her mind.
