You know what? Talking in rhymes and almost getting squished by a giant really improved Buffy's disposition. She's been in a great mood all day.
I wish I could say the same about Giles. Lord Percy has been driving him crazy calling and emailing and asking for reports about all kinds of stuff.
He was supposed to see Jo tonight and he had to call her this morning and cancel because of some big,
has-to-be-done- immediately, Moo project.
Brad came by to see Buffy while I was at school so I didn't get to meet him.
When I asked Willow what he was like she said, "Riley. Without the excitement."
I'm not too sure what that means, but Giles thought it was funny.
School was so embarrassing. Everybody was talking about the holes in my clothes and then Liz came up with the idea of saying it was some sort of California fashion statement.
Then all of a sudden, everyone was like; "I knew that."
I wish Brian could have seen me in the dress that my Fairy Godmother made.
While I was wearing it, I felt just like a princess. And Giles told me I was "lovely." No one has ever told me that before.
It sounds like the kind of word a dad would use. Not that I think Hank would ever call me or Buffy lovely.
Actually, he doesn't call at all - which suits me just fine.
Anyway, you want to know something else? I was right about the fairy dust.
I don't think I'm ever going to get the stuff out of the rug.
PS. I just heard from Buffy that Giles has to go to Eugene on Saturday.
Since she has to work, she's letting me go! YES!
