Subject: Whispering Pine's Geomystical properties

Dear Christina,

Elspeth tells me that she's been in contact with you regarding the magickal histories and properties of Whispering Pines and I would appreciate any information you have available.  I have also asked the Council for assistance, but as you know, our records are in such poor shape that I simply do not know what is available.  Certainly the magicks here are in a state of flux.

I personally seem to be able to cast with a low risk of  the spell going wrong (unlike Willow and the other Wiccan at the coven), but my body is reacting quite differently to  the magick than usual.  I find it easier to draw on the power than it was in the past, but it also often causes some physical reactions such as headaches or extreme exhaustion out of proportion to the size of the casting.  I am wondering if there is, perhaps quite literally, "something in the water" here in Whispering Pines that might explain this.

Your help, as always, is greatly appreciated.

Warmest Regards,
Rupert
